
Bird Watching
Throughout the winter there are trips at least once a fortnight for bird watching, to see the many migrant and local wading birds at close quarters.
There is also a large variety of wildfowl like Merganser,Shellduck and Teal to name a few, sea birds are abundant throughout the area with designated nesting sites, to encourage their numbers to grow such as Terns,Herons and Egrets.
You will be able to see a wide variety of habitats including sand dunes, mudflats, shingle banks and woodlands, all valuable refuge for sea birds and other interesting wildlife species.
